RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for shopping at HAPPYJIGGLYFEET.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Product may be exchanged for another product, a voucher for future purchase or a refund.
Refunds are only offered in the event of damaged product and wrong order sent.

To be eligible for a return / refund, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn't used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA) from us.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return, refund or exchange.

To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA), contact us by email to customerservice@happyjigglyfeet.com stating your reason for the exchange or refund.

Singapore Clients (Domestic)
Local orders that need to be returned should be personally sent for exchange or refund by appointment. 

International Clients 
If the same delivery company is used, shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are refundable except when a product is returned due to client's error in choice of order.

Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
