RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for shopping at HJF - HAPPYJIGGLYFEET.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Product may be exchanged for another product, a voucher for future purchase or a refund.


Refunds are only offered in the event of damaged product due to production fault.

To be eligible for a return / refund, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 14 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn't used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA) from us.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return, refund or exchange.

To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA), contact us by email to mail@happyjigglyfeet.store stating your reason for the exchange or refund.

Singapore Customers (Domestic)
Local orders that need to be returned for exchange or refund can be done via the EXTRA SERVICES or personally by appointment. 

International Customers
Free shipping cost to return damaged products. 

For an exchange case due to matters other than damaged products, International customers will pay all the shipping costs to return the products to Singapore and HJF will bear all the shipping costs for the replacement to be sent.

Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sales, As If & Bargain Items
Unfortunately, these items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
